11/15/2024 – On Wednesday, November 20, at 4:00pm, Two Eleven Health, the new comprehensive primary care service provider in Avon Lake, will have a ribbon cutting.
Two Eleven Health will provide convenient, high-quality care that prioritizes health and well-being. Patients—and parents of pediatric patients—receive direct access to physician and company founder, Dr. Anna Reph, DO, MBA. The concept of Two Eleven Health came from Reph’s desire to offer accessible, personalized care without the restrictions seen in today’s traditional healthcare model fraught with administrative and insurance hurdles and unnecessary costs.
Before going to medical school at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and completing a Family Medicine residency with University Hospitals, Reph earned an MBA from the University of Dayton and worked as a CPA, which brings a unique business perspective to her role as a family physician. “My diverse career experiences led me to establish Two Eleven Health, where I can focus on true patient-centered care,” says Reph. “With the direct primary care model, I created a practice in my hometown of Avon Lake that allows patients to feel as if they have a ‘doctor in the family,’ with direct access to me anytime, unhurried visits, and a simple cost structure.”

People may be surprised to learn that Two Eleven Health provides unlimited visits, same day and sick visits, chronic disease management, annual physicals, and many office procedures are all covered under a monthly membership ranging from $110-$140 per month without additional costs. Members may (or may not) carry any type of health insurance but will often find that the membership model actually provides cost savings after considering out of pocket expenses incurred with billing insurance – not to mention a boat load of added benefits.
