Avon Lake State of the City: An Opportunity for Residents to Connect and Engage
The City of Avon Lake will host its State of the City on March 12, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Avon Lake Public Library, located at 32649 Electric Blvd.
Mayor Mark Spaetzel, alongside Police Chief Vince Molnar, Fire Chief Jeremy Betsa, Public Works Director Jonathan Liskovec, Recreation Director Erin Fach, and Community Development Director Ted Esborn will provide updates about the current status and future plans of the city. Other department representatives and members of the City Council will also be in attendance to answer any questions from the community.
Mayor Mark Spaetzel expressed his excitement about engaging with residents, saying, “This is a wonderful opportunity for residents to hear directly from City officials about what is happening in Avon Lake. It also gives everyone the chance to have their voice heard and to participate in constructive conversations.”
Residents are encouraged to bring their ideas, questions, and feedback. For those who cannot attend in person, questions or comments may be submitted ahead of time. Submissions can be mailed to Mary Krupar at 150 Avon Belden Road, emailed to mkrupar@avonlake.org, or dropped off at Avon Lake City Hall. The deadline for submissions is March 7, 2025.
The State of the City event will be broadcast live on the City’s Facebook page.
This event is open to all residents and provides a great chance to learn more about what is happening in Avon Lake while engaging directly with City leaders.
