Advertisement for Bid: Outfall Rehabilitation - 31922 Lake Road

The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment required for installation of a new 24-inch diameter corrugated steel pipe to extend the existing sewer outfall to Lake Erie, partial removal of existing concrete and stone walls, demolition and removal of an existing timber deck and stairs, construction of a new pre-cast modular block retaining wall, seawall block and concrete cap replacement, installation of new earth fill, site grading, and site restoration.

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Avon Lake until July 11, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall, 150 Avon Belden Road, Avon Lake, Ohio 44012, and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter.
