GOOD NEIGHBOR THRIFT SHOP is a non-profit mission program of the Avon Lake United Methodist Church of Christ, offering affordable, quality resale merchandise to shoppers.  Largely staffed by volunteers, The Thrift Shop provides an arena for Christian giving. 

HELPING HAND is a branch of Community Resource Services assisting those who are physically or financially unable to maintain the outside of their homes in good repair and order.

LOVE-A-STRAY is a non-profit, all voluneer, no-kill organization dedicated to helping homeless animals. 

PASS IT ON is a Christian Outreach for the working poor and those who are struggling to make ends meet.

ST. JOHN WEST SHORE COMMUNITY SHUTTLE SERVICE  Call the on-site coordinator at 216.275.1252 to schedule service at least 24-hours in advance.  Patients must be ambulatory.  This is not a wheelchair accessible vehicle. 

SAVE THE DREAM is a foreclosure prevention effort created by Governor Strickland to include both governmental and private sector partners each deeply concerned about the foreclosure crisis facing Ohio and working to provide the tools to save your dream of owning a home.
